Music to My... Hands? A Giveaway!

Just my way of saying how much I appreciate all of you, my lovely blog followers! I'm giving away this trio of Tim Holtz goodies to one lucky winner! A little something to keep your hands busy as fall turns into winter.

You'll get...
• an Idea-ology Mask — Concerto
• a Stamper's Anonymous mounted rubber stamp — Sheet Music
• an entire pack of Idea-ology metal Word Sticks

Simply leave a comment telling me what you love most about working with your hands. It can be as simple as, "I love it when they get messy!" to the more in depth "I think they are an extension of my brain!"

You have until midnight this Sunday, November 13th. I'll choose a winner and announce it in a blog post Monday, November 14th! Good luck!

P.S. This giveaway is open to everyone on the planet!

  1. Oooo, juicy !!! This is some give-away, Girl !
I love working with my hands.
I love how they hold a paint brush and get it to do just what my imagination wants to do.
I love how they connect my heart to my art.
I love how their tips are often smeared with color from whatever I have created.
I love those awesome appendages !
Happy Tuesday, Michelle and thanks for the giveaway chance !

  2. I'm so glad for my hands - I love getting the dirty in the garden, inky in the craft room, messy in the kitchen and soapy while giving my grandson a bath!

  3. I'm a very tactile person, so I love being able to touch and move my artwork around as I create it. I work with rubber stamps a lot, so for me, inky fingers are the sign of a good art day!

  4. oy vey - if these hands could talk, the stories they'd tell...like when I was 9 and tried to make candles out of melted crayons, using a coffee can in the middle of my livingroom floor. on the Good Rug. thank goodness my parents were asleep when the flames shot up. who knew?
    :)
these days, i'm much more careful with them... preferring to squish plaster and gesso and acrylic paint through them.

  5. Thank you for hosting this wonderful giveaway!

I LOVE working with my hands. I find it deeply satisfying to have inky, paint-covered hands! I'm so thankful that I can create art, type, bake, shake hands, wave, and do a million other things with my hands. Even the ability to scratch an itch is a blessing. :o)

  7. Oooo inky, stained fingers make my day complete! There is something about getting in there and having direct contact with whatever my project is. When I end up "wearing" the ingredients of my projects it's more like a part of me than ever. Thanks for this opportunity!

  8. Oh Yes! I definitely agree with these other Crafty Ladies- a bit of paint, glue, clay or dirt on my hands is not only the measure of a day well spent- but a badge of pride for me... it's the outward evidence of my talent. :) I'd so love to win :)
