It's really interesting to see the difference between this piece and the first doll I created in the Suzi Blu style. I actually drew that one in 5 minutes because I just couldn't wait to get started with all the techniques I had learned! I do love these "dolls" because it's the first technique in a long time where I feel like my style is coming through. I really am finding myself... and getting my creative confidence back! Me-ow!

Michelle I have checked your blog out before and love the stuff you do. But when I just checked tonight I had to laugh. I just finished my own witch Suzi/me and I am also enjoying the freedom of drawing and painting and mixed media all together. Yours is the cats meow! Just thought I would finally leave you a message.
